Help us understand what happened.

  • Your device model and operating system version.
  • The game version shown in Settings.
  • What happened, and what you expected instead.
  • The level number and steps to reproduce the issue.
  • A screenshot, if it helps explain the problem.
  • For purchases: the product, purchase time, and relevant order reference.

Never send your Apple Account password, verification codes, full payment card details, or identity documents. Redact unrelated information from receipts and screenshots.

For a privacy request, explain the request and the email address you used to contact us. See our privacy policy for details.

A few useful answers.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress and preferences are saved on your device. There is currently no Slow Foxes account or cloud-save service. Reinstalling the game, clearing its data, or switching devices may remove progress, coins, and locally stored entitlements.

A purchase hasn’t appeared. What should I do?

Check that the purchase completed in your Apple purchase history. Reopen the game with an internet connection so unfinished transactions can be processed. If the issue continues, email us with the product, purchase time, and order reference. Do not buy again just to troubleshoot.

Does the 30-day pass renew automatically?

No. Where offered, the 30-day pass is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Its in-game description explains the included benefits. Consumable coins and the remaining pass period are not guaranteed to be restorable after reinstalling or changing devices.

How do I request an Apple purchase refund?

Apple manages App Store billing and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s instructions. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.

How can I delete my data?

Game progress is stored locally; removing the app and its data normally removes that local information. Device backups may retain copies. For support correspondence or other information you have sent us, email a deletion request. Apple and advertising or other service providers manage their own records under their policies. Removing local game data does not automatically delete their records; see our privacy policy for advertising choices and deletion requests.
